A: We have a known limitation that if MacOS Wi-Fi name includes a blank space, this may happen.
We suggest check the client’s MacOS Wi-Fi name, if there is blank space, remove it by command like: networksetup –renamenetworkservice ‘Wi-Fi ’ ‘Wi-Fi’
