SubjectCannot connect VPN and DDNS is not functioning properly 
Issue description and
key logs		Once the DDNS configuration of R6P20.3 is configured, it cannot be changed or deleted. Click Edit to enter the configuration interface, and then click OK to exit, and an error will be reported, and the via cli cannot be changed or deleted.

Reason and Trigger ConditionWhen the interface is unbound, the EVENT id is not added, and an error is reported when unbinding. At this time, the binding is not unbound. When the name is deleted, the message "Failed to delete DDNS , it was already bound to the interface" appears.
